What you will do

About the Team

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive based in Barcelona to integrate an international business development team across France, Italy & Spain. The Inside Sales Executive will report to the Inside Sales Manager Europe, with a direct relationship with respective Sales & Marketing Teams.

About the Role

The Inside Sales Executive position is an office-based role that supports Spanish and Italian Sales Teams by identifying, qualifying and delivering « ready-to-sell » meetings to the Sales Managers through telephone and email based prospecting. Pipeline development (Inbound & Outbound) will be driven by a variety of marketing programs including trade shows, webinars, online campaigns etc. The future Inside Sales Executive will play an important role between Sales & Marketing ensuring leads follow-up and pipeline creation.

• Fuel the New Bookings growth via phone & email prospecting

• Deliver a strong & professional customer experience according to the company Values

• Generate pipeline via quality sales meetings through Inbound (MQL’s) and Outbound prospecting

• Partner with Sales Managers in order to help them to achieve/exceed New Booking targets

• Consistently achieve/exceed activity level and goals (Booked Meetings, Opportunities…)

• Provide Weekly Reports based on activities to monitor targets & improvements

• Document Activities on Hubspot and become a « Hubspot » specialist.

What we are looking for

• You have motivation, enthusiasm, energy, humour, and the ability to communicate this through phone and email communication

• You are result driven and ambitious team player

• You are goal oriented, highly confident and self-motivated

• You desire to learn and adapt (Shadow meetings with Sales Managers …)

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Language skills essential, English, Italian and Spanish. French would be a plus.

• You have the willingness to work 90% of the time by telephone/email, and 10% travel to attend business development events

• You have a good understanding of the Digital Marketing Industry
