An international and well-known company that produces and commercializes coffee machines and coffee capsules/pods, is setting up its new E-Commerce team in Barcelona

The Global eCommerce Digital eXperience & Innovation Manager shapes the future of the brand B2C and B2B Digital Boutiques:

  • Drive the New Digital Boutiques for the next 3 years on customer experiences & Digital Services to support the brand Global Business Strategy.
  • Bring the brand where Customers are and make it available on any relevant digital screens and customer journeys.
  • Design the next Digital boutiques to deliver sleek, convenient & relevant customer experiences and position the brand as a leader in the FMCG & Retail industry.
  • Ensure a consistent user & brand experience across all digital touch points (Boutiques & any digital experiences).
  • Promote a customer centered design and data driven product management
  • Prototype and test innovative concepts to keep the brand ahead of FMCG industry and digitally relevant in the years to come

Additionally, he/she will support the head of eBusiness & Digital Marketing in building the OP roadmap on eBusiness & Digital Experience Activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Customer experiences & Digital Services to support the Global Business Strategy (GBS)
  • Design the next generations of digital experience on any screens
  • Promote and develop a customer centered combined with a strong data driven design approach
  • Web Analytics
  • Foster digital innovation at the brand
  • Develop high performing teams and in alignment with the People process cycle
  • Manage a Budget of around 1M€

Education:

  • Business degree

Experience:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in eBusiness
  • At least 5 years’ experience in team management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in User experience
  • Strong Project and Management skills
  • Strong experience in running eBusiness
  • Good experience in Digital Marketing
  • Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and ability to interact/challenge with technical counterparts.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication skills in English.
